My passion for helping people develop, grow and overcome learning challenges, lead me to complete my International Diploma in Training and Development practices (ETDP SETA Certified) and the Phono-Graphix Reading Therapy Programme.

My 14 years of experience in assessments (psychometrics, competency based assessments, profiling) and training background equipped me to provide a holistic, comprehensive assessment service to business for selection, identifying potential for talent development, careers and succession planning. I provide personal success programmes, career development and work readiness workshops, soft-skills and teambuilding workshops to corporate.

I have a special interest in guiding individuals at various stages in their careers, to assist them to develop greater self-awareness surrounding their true potential, aptitudes, capabilities, preferences, interests and values. My approach to career support is to use an in-depth explorative technique & questionnaires to assist the counselling process, together with psychometric assessments to guide an individual’s career or academic development.

Career Guidance areas:

  • Subject Choice Assessments (Grade 8 & 9)
  • Grade 10, 11 & 12, Tertiary students
  • Adult mid-career transitions

I have an interest in helping both children and adults overcome learning barriers and improve their reading and spelling through a Reading Therapy Remediation program using the Phono-Graphix method. My offering includes psycho-educational, scholastic/learning assessments & assessment accommodations (special exam concessions) for learners experiencing difficulty coping under standard exam conditions. I also provide learning & study skills workshops for individuals and groups.
