Clydesdale & Lyttleton Manor, Pretoria
I am a counselling psychologist with a holistic approach. I draw on both traditional psychotherapeutic techniques and on the unique and often powerful contributions of expressive arts therapy, mindfulness, visualisation and mind-body work. I work with adults, teenagers and children on an individual, in-depth therapeutic level and also offer expressive arts therapy interventions and TRE (trauma release exercises) in a group context.
I am well versed in working with all cultures and spiritual orientations. My practice is in the intimate surroundings of a home with a beautiful garden. I am flexible and skilled to serve an inclusive population of adults, teenagers and children; from work related and emotional challenges, personal development, relationships and parenting, to learning difficulties.

Registered Art Psychotherapist
My aim for therapy is to enable clients to access their inner conflict in a manner that is non-confrontational, easy to talk about and constructive. I employ methods different from those of traditional therapies to suit a client’s needs and manage mental health concerns. This enables clients to better communicate, problem solve and function best in their daily lives.
