I aim to provide a supportive, empathic space where we can think about and explore your concerns together. I am guided by my clients’ needs and practical constraints, providing both shorter and longer-term therapies.

I am an experienced clinical psychologist, who has worked in the government, NGO, and academic sectors, and have recently decided to expand my private practice.

I work with older adolescents and adults.

Areas of interest include:

• grappling with relational difficulties,
• grief and loss,
• mood and anxiety disorders,
• suicide and self-harm, and
• psycho-oncology.

I work both in-person and online, although I prefer to initially meet clients in person before transitioning to online sessions.
