Persons who struggle with addiction are a keen interest of mine and assisting spouses, children and other family members with codependency is very important to as a psychotherapist.

My approach in psychotherapy is Eco-Systemic that draws from Psychoanalysis, Hypnotherapy, (DBT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.

I work flexible hours during the week in order to accommodate people after hours that have difficulties attending sessions during office hours.
My fees are aligned with medical aid rates. I submit claims to all medical aid service providers should your medical aid plan make for psychological services.
Fields of interest are:
- Working with families in different settings (addiction, trauma, codependency, grief counseling, divorce, guardianship, custody and access)
- Individual psychotherapy assisting with depression, postpartum depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, overeating and sugar addiction, stress management and related problems and addiction
- Couples Therapy; Interpersonal and relationship problems, sexual problems
- Group Therapy; support groups for people in recovery from addiction, codependency and HIV and Aids
I conduct my sessions in English or Afrikaans.
