As a clinical psychologist, my passion lies in forging genuine, meaningful connections with my clients. In our time together, my priority is to create a space where you can feel comfortable- and free-enough to be you, without fear of judgment or criticism. I firmly believe that empathy and understanding are the cornerstones of effective therapy, and my goal is to ensure you feel truly heard and seen.

My approach is rooted in an integration of evidence-based therapies, tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. I work predominantly from a CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic approach.
Our sessions will be a collaborative exploration of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a supportive environment. I believe in the transformative power of therapy and the profound impact it can have in the lives of people.
