I am a clinical psychologist registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). I completed my training in psychology at Nelson Mandela University (NMU) in Port Elizabeth and am currently running my private practice from Lakeside, Cape Town.

I offer individual & couples psychodynamic psychotherapy, both long-term and short-term.

My personal philosophies centre around the concepts of connection and wholeness, and perfuse their way through my psychotherapeutic approach.

The therapeutic relationship offers a safe space to explore the parts of ourselves that may seem frightening or shameful. I aim to guide you through this process by offering this space openly and consistently.
