I am a Clinical Psychologist based in Rivonia, Johannesburg. I offer psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, children, couples and families.
Psychotherapy provides a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space in which to explore and better understand yourself, your relationships and your difficulties. As a collaborative process, therapy can assist in: gaining insight, feeling heard and supported, addressing painful or distressing experiences, making decisions and changes, and finding ways of living a more fulfilling life. My approach to therapy is primarily psychodynamic, however, I adapt this to suit your individual needs and incorporate other approaches (such as DBT) where appropriate.
