I am a clinical psychologist in Sea Point working with adults, adolescents and children. I offer psychotherapy and neuropsychological assessments.
I have a doctorate in psychology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology. As part of my clinical training, I completed an internship at Tygerberg Hospital and Stikland Hospital. I worked in the Adult Neuropsychiatry Unit and Medical Psychology Unit at Tygerberg Hospital. At Stikland Hospital, I worked in an adult therapeutic unit. For my community service year, I worked at Khayelitsha Hospital. As part of my training, I gained experience in working with children and adults.
Before my clinical training, I worked as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Psychiatry (Stellenbosch University). My work at the Department of Psychiatry also provided me with an opportunity to visit the Green Lab and Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behaviour (UCLA), where I received training in neuroscience.
Currently I am working as a clinical psychologist in private practice and part-time as a researcher at the psychosis unit at Stellenbosch University.
