Hi! I’m Tamsyn.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering a supportive space for reflection, growth and healing to adults, adolescents and children experiencing mild-moderate mental health symptoms that impact on their day-to-day lives.

I work eclectically, so I embrace various therapeutic approaches. The techniques I use are specific to the needs and age of my client, but I primarily draw on Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT), Psychodynamic Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Play Therapy.
