Counselling Psychologist

I am a counselling psychologist and coach with a private practice in Allensnek, Roodepoort. My practice is close to Clearwater and easily accessible from various areas.

To decide to go for counselling is often difficult, but at the end very rewarding. It can be very useful to talk to someone in a safe, non-judgemental environment and explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviour and reactions towards a problem or stressful life transition. Support is provided to grow, develop insights and competence to cope and make better decisions. My therapeutic framework is tailored to what you need, but follow typically psychodynamic and cognitive-behaviour approaches. Lately I found positive psychology as a great advantage – identifying your strengths and working with your strengths.

In my private practice I work with adults and couples of all cultures. I provide individual and relationship counselling as well as address matters in family context.
