I am a Registered Counsellor (HPCSA) working in-person and online. I take a holistic approach to counselling and utilise Internal Family System, DBT, mindfulness and somatic (body-based) techniques. I also offer psychometric services such as Career Assessments, Subject Choice Assessments, and School Readiness Assessments.
I believe that healing starts with connection: connection to your mind, body and emotions. In sessions, we’ll explore the parts of you that may feel neglected or out of touch. This might mean uncovering emotions and thoughts you’ve suppressed, or learning to trust your body again. We’ll take meaningful steps to help you reconnect with your authentic self.
