Registered Counsellor

I am a Registered Counsellor and have been in private practice since September 2015. I provide individual counselling for children, teenagers, and adults facing a range of emotional and mental health challenges. My aim is to provide a safe and nurturing space where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and experiences.

I follow a client-centred approach rooted in the principles of Carl Rogers, placing great importance on empathy, unconditional positive regard, authenticity, and the therapeutic relationship. Clients are encouraged to find their own solutions to their challenges and to draw on their inner strengths and resources as part of their healing process.

I hold a Master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapy, which I completed in Switzerland. In addition to traditional counselling methods, I also use creative arts modalities such as drawing, music, and writing to support self-expression, personal insight, and well-being.

Ultimately, my role is to walk alongside my clients on their journey towards healing, growth and self-discovery.
