I am a registered counselling psychologist in Bryanston with experience in various types of therapeutic methods, both long and short term. This includes psychodynamic psycho therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and solution-focussed therapy.

I have experience in a range of industries, including the NGO sector, tertiary education sector and corporate employee wellbeing, with a passion for shaping the landscape of mental health and empowering individuals to gain insight into themselves and experience positive change in their lives.
I work with individuals and couples.
