I work in both private practice in Stellenbosch and online via trusted Telehealth platforms. As a counselling psychologist I use my training, professional and personal life experience to guide clients to freedom and healing from past traumas. I see clients from all spheres of life and all ages. As a trauma survivor and victor myself, I believe it’s possible to heal from any trauma and that we are all able to live the life we were meant to live.

I travelled and worked with a performance arts company for 4 years, where I was a lay counsellor as well. I worked with children in underprivileged communities for 3 years, teaching life skills through dancing. While doing my three year undergraduate psychology studies through UNISA I worked full time – a time in my life that I know taught me a lot of determination and perseverance. My Honours studies was completed at North West University and my Master’s Degree at the University of Johannesburg. I am married and have two beautiful young boys.
