I see you as a spiritual being navigating a human experience that can be challenging. Like me, you are on a journey back to the magic of the present moment—where your heart leads the way, and you feel deeply secure in your connection to yourself and your loved ones.

The first step in this journey is healing childhood wounds by exploring the emotional triggers that arise in your daily life and relationships. As you do this, you become less reactive and more responsive, ultimately experiencing greater joy. I would be honoured to walk alongside you and support you on this path.

I offer both one-on-one counselling sessions and energy healing sessions. You have the flexibility to choose counselling alone or a potent combination of both. The choice is yours.

Everything is energy, including our wounds—negative emotions and beliefs that manifest as denser energy within our energetic field. As we work together to deepen your self-awareness of your core wounds, I also support your energetic body, helping to clear this denser energy to create grounding and establish balance, clarity and joy.
