She offers in-person sessions at Cape Town Psychologists, located in the Equinox Centre in Sea Point, as well as online consultations—making therapeutic support accessible and flexible.

Sara works with clients navigating a range of difficulties, including trauma and grief, emotional dysregulation, anxiety and overwhelm, relationship conflict, family strain, and challenges related to life transitions. Her integrative and compassionate approach allows her to meet each individual, couple, or family where they are, creating a safe space for exploration, healing, and growth.

Sara’s approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, narrative therapy, and somatic awareness. She tailors each session to the client’s unique needs, working collaboratively to explore patterns, deepen emotional insight, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change.

At the heart of her work is a commitment to authentic connection. She empowers individuals to reclaim their agency and feel more deeply connected to themselves and their lives. With deep curiosity about the human experience, she brings warmth, intuition, and a grounded presence to each session—meeting clients exactly where they are.

Through self-awareness, emotional insight, and purposeful action, Sara supports clients in cultivating greater balance, resilience, and fulfilment in their everyday lives.
