Life gets messy, and sometimes, the hardest part is admitting that we can’t figure it out alone.
I’m Rini, a registered counsellor with the HPCSA and a transformative life coach. I work with adults and couples who are ready to do the real work – whether it’s navigating:

• trauma,
• addiction,
• anxiety,
• depression,
• grief,
• eating disorders, or
• relationship issues.

At RealTalkWithRini, I offer a space that’s confidential, non-judgmental, and grounded in truth. This is where ego steps aside and the real you gets to show up. Together, we’ll unpack the patterns, pain, and protective layers, and rebuild from a place of self-awareness, honesty, and strength.

My approach is integrated and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based therapies like CBT, solution-focused therapy, and psychoeducation, but I never use a one-size-fits-all formula. Every session meets you exactly where you are, and helps you move to where you want to be.

The name Eirini means “peace,” and that’s what I aim to offer: a space for real talk, real healing, and real change.
