I am a seasoned Wellness Counsellor, Coach, and financial wellness trainer.
Many life-changing events may cause stress issues, such as work, family, and financial issues. These issues have an emotional power over us and our behaviour, and usually contributes to how we view ourselves.
I am passionate about helping people to overcome these life challenges, and in the process facilitate inner healing. With the necessary guidance and support, we all have the power within us to function optimal as a person.
My role is to guide you on a holistic journey of personal growth and facilitate the process in becoming a more authentic version of yourself. These changes will allow you to make better life choices that will bring about lasting and positive changes in your life, both as an individual and in your relationships.
In addition, I have a wealth of experience in the financial, health, and NGO sector, and held key leadership positions.
There is a deep connection between our finances and the way we view ourselves, often caused by our childhood belief system. Understanding the emotional power money has in your life, will help you to make informed financial decision. I can facilitate and guide you in identifying the emotional power money may have on you, hence making better informed financial decisions.
My areas of speciality include individual counselling, couples’ counselling (pre marriage and marriage), bereavement counselling, divorce, breakups, and anxiety, and financial wellness.
My foundation is based on biblical ethos and values. I offer after-hour appointments and remote sessions.
