As an industrial psychologist, I specialise in helping individuals, teams and organisations enhance workplace wellbeing and resilience through counselling, training and consulting. Using a strengths-based approach, I help clients manage stress and burnout, achieve work-life balance, and build resilience. My goal? To create happier, healthier employees and thriving organisations.

I combine my experience in learning and development with a deep commitment to workplace wellbeing and resilience building. My mission is to support individuals and organisations in reducing stress, improving mental health, and fostering wellbeing at work. I help people manage workplace stress, prioritize self-care, and build resilience, empowering them to perform at their best and achieve greater work-life balance. For organisations, I create environments that encourage employee wellbeing, promote mental health at work, and drive a thriving, high-performing culture. With expertise in coachingcounselling, and engaging workplace wellbeing programs, I’m dedicated to making wellbeing a priority—one person and one workplace at a time.
