Imago Relationship Therapy

Imago helps us see how our early experiences shape the way we love, communicate, and react. Through structured dialogue and guided reflection, couples move from conflict to understanding — learning to listen, be compassionate and to celebrate the differences.

I empower couples to transform conflict and build a conscious, loving partnership filled with compassion, purpose, and growth.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

EFT is a deeply researched, attachment-based approach that helps partners recognise the emotional patterns keeping them stuck. It focuses on building emotional safety and repairing the trust that allows love to thrive.

Having completed my formal EFT training, I am currently in the certification phase and already weaving its principles into my sessions.

Together, Imago and EFT offer a clear path to repairing disconnection, rebuilding trust, and deepening intimacy.

Life Coaching

Unlock your potential and overcome life’s challenges through life coaching. Grounded in practical strategies and a results-oriented mindset, my approach helps you manage stress, become aware of limiting beliefs, and make intentional choices that align with your deepest values. Whether you’re navigating personal or professional transitions, I provide the tools and insights to help you create lasting change and step into the best version of yourself with confidence and clarity.

The Role of Creativity

Alongside relationship work, I draw on my background in Expressive Arts and Process Art therapies — using movement, art, voice, and imagination to unlock insight and expression. Creativity often gives shape to what words cannot. It invites playfulness, compassion, and new ways of seeing.

These creative methods are grounded in the Person-Centred Approach of Carl Rogers and the Expressive Arts Therapy Approach of Natalie Rogers, which honour each person’s unique wisdom and capacity for growth.

Whether through art or conversation, every session is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and rediscover the parts of yourself — and your relationship — that have been waiting to be seen.

About Me: Your Guide to Personal Growth and Self-Discovery

I believe relationships are where we feel most alive — and where our deepest vulnerabilities surface. And when we recognise that they hold both our joy and our fragility, we begin to meet each other with empathy. Guided by this belief, my passion is to help people move from disconnection and conflict to clarity, compassion, and closeness.

As a wife and mother of three, I understand how relationships can both challenge and transform us, and draw on that experience to guide couples and families along their own paths. With roots in therapy and ministry, my work is guided by empathy, intuition, presence, and faith in the human capacity for transformation.

Having navigated my own relationship transitions, including divorce and the complexities of a blended family, I bring both professional expertise and lived understanding to my work. These experiences inspire me to support others in creating healthier, more meaningful connections.

I invite you to begin your own journey of self-discovery — one where you can unlock your potential for lasting change, and learn to navigate life and relationships with confidence and joy.
