I am a Cape Town-based Psychiatric Occupational Therapist.
I have over 15 years of experience. I love what I do and I am passionate about facilitating change and assisting my clients to move forward in their lives.
I provide one-to-one counselling as well as teach TRE (Tension/Trauma Release Exercises)
