Hello, I’m Puleng Maitin, a registered specialist wellness counsellor dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized support for individuals navigating life’s challenges. With an Honours degree in Psychology and over five years of experience, I am committed to helping my clients build resilience, find balance, and foster emotional well-being. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel understood, empowered, and supported in your healing journey.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients facing a range of personal and relational issues, from anxiety and low mood to navigating life transitions such as motherhood, bereavement and grief. My background includes experience in postnatal counselling, individual and couples counselling, where I’ve supported clients in building healthy relationships, enhancing self-awareness, and developing practical coping strategies. I offer online sessions to accommodate clients’ needs and provide flexible, accessible care.
