I offer therapy sessions that include emotional support and guidance for learning difficulties, problem resolution, communication problems and a host of other potentially life changing challenges.
I facilitate individual therapy as well as couples counselling (relationship and marital). Additionally, I provide Anger Management workshops (either on a one-on-one bases or in group sessions) accommodating for both individuals and a range of corporate clients. I have been invited to author numerous articles for an array of publications.
I also offer my counselling services to an oncology department to support cancer patients through their processing.
Overall I deliver a integrative approach including Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based treatments dependant on the clients‘ needs. These approaches are applied to clients with a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and adjustment problems, such as anxiety, stress, depression and bipolar.
