Counsellor & TRE Practitioner

I’m an experienced counsellor working predominately with adults. I offer clients safety, compassion, empathy, and connection. I also work with the body and am a qualified TRE practitioner.

My area of interest lies in supporting adults of any age work to integrate their life experience thus far, so as to live life as fully and intentionally as possible.

Using TRE, and other somatic modalities, mixed with traditional psychotherapy, I offer clients a safe space to explore how their past impacts their present and work with them to look at how they may tackle any challenges they are facing with confidence and trust.
