I am a qualified and HPCSA registered counsellor who works with both adolescents, adults and couples in the Cape surrounds, more specifically the West Coast area. For those who are not in the West coast area, I additionally offer online counselling. I have experience in dealing with a variety of issues and can assist patients suffering from addiction, trauma, eating disorders, stress, depression, anxiety, pre and post natal struggles, marital conflict, infidelty and more.

I work in an engaging way with my clients. It is through mutual engagement and my focus on the patient-therapist-relationship that I help patients explore their issues, traumas and/or challenges. Through this self-exploration, I attempt to help patients achieve a greater understanding of themselves.

I am a firm believer in the premise that it is only through awareness of ourselves that we can become fully aware of the challenges we face and thus tackle and overcome these challenges in an informed way.
