I prefer to follow a holistic approach when working with clients; where I compliment the assessment with an intervention that looks at all aspects of their wellbeing and overall functioning. I often adopt a solution focused approach based on agreed upon intervention goals; explore existing strengths, as well as further opportunities for personal development.

My practice is based in Wynberg, Cape Town. I offer services to all clients who can access the practice. I also offer all services online, and in this way I get to work with clients from all over South Africa. Services are claimable from medical aids.

Having worked in the field for over 12 years; I have a passion for assisting people to overcome challenges; seeing them become the best version of themselves and living within their purpose.
