I am a registered psychological counsellor with the HPCSA, currently in Private Practice. I work with individuals and groups in a quiet setting in Hillcrest .

I work with children, teens and adults suffering from anxiety, PTSD, depression, self esteem, trauma, loss and bereavement.

My area of qualification is trauma resulting from any life experiences which cause emotional pain such as divorce, abuse, illness, crime, relationships, bereavement.

The psychological interventions I use are short term, supportive counselling and coping skills training.

I am also a Level 1 BWRT practitioner.
