My passion for wellness and mental health started at 12 years old when I read stories about children recovering from traumatic experiences. I was fascinated by the power of human connection and knew at a young age that I wanted to be able to help others just like the children whose stories inspired me.

Through a holistic and systematic approach, I hope to help people develop the skills in life that they need to improve their mental health, and the tools to approach life with confidence and positivity.
