My passion for wellness and mental health started at 12 years old when I read stories about children recovering from traumatic experiences. I was fascinated by the power of human connection and knew at a young age that I wanted to be able to help others just like the children whose stories inspired me.
I believe that each person, regardless of age, gender, socio-economic status or religion has the right to support in life. Through a holistic and systematic approach, I hope to help people develop the skills in life that they need to improve their mental health, and the tools to approach life with confidence and positivity.
As an Integrative Counsellor, I strive to work adaptively to meet the specific therapeutic needs of each person, whether it is in-person therapy or online.
