Specialist Wellness Counsellor

My name is Jade Bromley. I am a registered Specialist Wellness Counsellor based in Imhoff’s Gift, Kommetjie, Cape Town.

I work primarily with children and adolescents, but I also work with adults. I have an unwavering passion for holistic mental health and wellbeing and aim to help individuals with a range of problems and circumstances. I utilize play therapeutic techniques as a means to support children in their language of play and adopt a client-centred approach that prioritizes placing the client at the centre of the therapeutic process. My aim is to empower individuals by recognizing and harnessing their unique strengths and resilience to overcome their challenges.

I am passionate about creating a warm, welcoming space where the client receives unconditional positive regard, empathy and non-judgmental support. My objective as a therapist is to support individuals to live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives and walk away equipped with tools to support them in the future.
