Hi, my name is Michaela and I am registered as a Specialist Wellness Counsellor with the ASCHP.

I have a Bachelors and Honours in Psychological Counselling. I just had 220 hours of training under supervision at Humanitas, where we covered a range of topics like child development, substance abuse, sexual trauma, etc. I look forward to helping on your journey of self-actualisation.

I have a special interest in working with adults and couples’ counselling.

Using the Humanistic Approaches, I hope to create a safe space for you to realize your potential and help you move from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset.
