I am a Specialist Wellness Counsellor in Ruimsig, with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve mental wellbeing. Beyond my professional role, I wear many hats: I am a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend, and so much more. Each of these roles enriches my understanding of the diverse experiences and struggles we all face.
My family often refer to me as “Mother Theresa” because of my unwavering willingness to extend a helping hand to those in need. This nickname is a testament to my commitment to supporting others with kindness and understanding.I believe in creating a non-judgmental and supportive space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions.
My professional journey has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to guide clients through their personal journeys of recovery, resilience, and thriving.
I have also worked as an online Counsellor with South Africa Depression & Anxiety Group (SADAG).
I have a special interest in working with adults and couples counselling.
